de gafers press conference seemed somewhat surreal. e seemed to suggest the club ad met its targets of reducing the normal of goals conceded dis season etc and was strangely upbeat. meanwhile norf yorks awaits!

Spot on Nick, the management dont seem to have caught on what us numpties on the terrace have spotted for a while now that other sides know how to play us and we havent adapted accordingly! Hence the crap start. As for today, I would be very pleased with a point, but fair play to all those making that very very long journey to an outpost where we are usually soundly beaten.

I usually watch whatever offering is on TV, but just could not bring myself to watch QPR-Fulham. It just feels so wrong.

Glad you mentioned the boos were for Mr Davies on Tuesday night. Certain high profile supporters seem to be echoing Matthew Benham’s tweet that boos were aimed at the players!?! Er, no they wernt. They were aimed at Mr Davies egotistical ‘look at me’ finale.

Personally I quite like the UKIP logo which also incorporates the Union flag and think that the Premier League and Gary Linekar are too full of their own importance expecting to have sole rights to a lion logo . There are literally hundreds of different types of lion logos in use so don’t single out UKIP and keep politics out of football please .

I always look forward to reading what you have to say Nick even if you seem to be getting a bit touchy of late .
Up the Bees and hope we can hang on to that half time lead at M’boro .
